2. Service Cancellation Before Technician Visit
If a customer cancels a service request before a technician has been dispatched or any chargeable service has started, the customer should contact us as soon as possible. Any refundable amount will depend on whether a payment was made and whether any non-refundable or already-incurred cost applies.
3. Inspection or Visit Charges
Where an inspection, visit or diagnosis charge has been communicated, that charge may be payable for the technician visit or inspection even if the customer later decides not to proceed with the repair, subject to the specific terms communicated at booking.
4. Repair and Labour Charges
Once approved repair work or labour has been performed, the related service charge is generally not refundable merely because the customer later changes their mind. If there is a service-related issue covered by a written warranty, please contact us for review.
5. Spare Parts
Where a spare part has been specifically ordered, installed or procured for a customer, refund eligibility may depend on whether the part can be returned to the supplier, whether it has been installed or used, and the applicable supplier terms. 10. Processing Time
Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment method, bank, payment gateway or other financial institution. Customers should retain transaction records until the matter is resolved.
11. Non-Refundable Situations
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, payments may not be refundable where the agreed service has already been completed, a technician has performed chargeable work, a part has been installed or used, or a supplier does not accept return of a specially procured part.
12. Warranty and Repeat Service
